“My philosophy as it is expressed in my sculpture is about the timeless rhythms of life. The conveyance of feeling through form is my primary goal. The First Crusade is an abstract narrative relating the story of heroic travel in a foreign land or state of mind. It’s about journey – traveling-interacting-moving on. The colors are inspired by North African light and architecture.” - Frances Bagley, Artist
